About Cross That Intersection LLC

Cross That Intersection was started by Paul Fields in March 2024.  Paul Fields has been a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist since April 2022.  Paul saw that a lot of recruiting companies took a huge percentage of the total contract hourly rate that they were offering their contractors and wanted to change that.  Paul wanted there to be price transparency and wanted more money going to the contractors that he would hire.  Contractors will be getting at least 70% of the total contract and on the job board the exact amount of the total contract will be listed.  The job posting will show the percentage amount the contractor will be  getting and the percentage and amount Cross That Intersection will be getting per hour worked.   In addition to recruiting Paul also will continue to work contracts himself.
